Railway Operations to Force Down Price of Rice, Says TITAN Farms CEO

  Kemi Olaitan in Ibadan The Chief Executive Officer of TITAN Farms Limited, Aare Gbenga Eyiolawi, has lauded President Muhammadu Buhari for inaugurating the Lagos-Ibadan railway transport service, saying it will reduce the cost of logistics in processing rice and force down the price of the commodity in the country. THE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TITAN Farms Limited, Chief Gbenga Eyiolawi, has said that better days are ahead of rice consumers in the country, as the price of rice would soon reduce drastically owing to the operations of railway transport system in Nigeria which Federal Government is giving a boost. Titan Farms partners Oyo SWAN on sports development

As part of its efforts at contributing to the growth of sports in the state, the Titan Farms has partnered the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Oyo State chapter. This was sealed on Monday during the courtesy visit of the leadership of SWAN and presentation of congratulatory message to the CEO, Chief Gbenga Eyiolawi, on his installation as Kebimapalu 1 of Ibadanland Earlier in his remarks, chairman of Oyo SWAN, Comrade Niyi Alebiosu, having commended the CEO for his foresight and plan to take sports in the state to greater heights assured him of the support of the Association.   Taiwo Jimoh Olubadan of Ibadan, His Imperial Majesty Oba Saliu Adetunji, Aje Ogungunniso 1, has become the patron of Titan Farms, a fast-growing agribusiness company. This is coming a few days after the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Gbenga Eyiolawi (an engineer), and his team visited the revered monarch at his palace in Ibadan. Ooni supports home-made foods production as Titan Farms boosts rice

  To grow Nigeria’s economy and further encourage locally made products, Titan Farms, agro-commodity processing and trading outfit, is set to commission its rice factory and corporate head office in Ibadan. The Ooni of Ife, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi Ojaja II, will commission the event, which is billed for next month. This is as Ooni Ogunwusi, who is the Co-chairman, National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria, alongside the Arole Oduduwa, urged Nigerians to patronise locally made products during a meeting with the management of Titan Multi-Business Investment Ltd, producers of Titan Rice, who were on a courtesy visit to the monarch in his Ile Oodua Palace, Ile-Ife, recently.
